- High Performance/High Score: Your real estate team’s goal should be to find more sites just like these, and operations should replicate the best practices of these facilities at other locations.
- Low Performance/High Score: These facilities are performing below predicted levels. They are in the right trade area but may require further investment to reach their potential. Remodeling, operational changes, and localized marketing are options.
- High Performance/Low Score: Outperforming expectations, these facilities are anomalies that should be studied further.
- Low Performance/Low Score: These facilities don’t have much potential, which is confirmed by actual performance. They should be evaluated for relocation or closure.
The final deliverable of the healthcare facility assessment is a PowerPoint chart and Excel table showing which of your existing facilities are candidates for the service(s) included in your model(s).
