This year’s event is jam-packed with speaking engagements and networking opportunities with the best of the best in the franchise space. The Buxton team spent the day performing demos and meeting with both potential and existing customers.
We were lucky to see Derek Root with Kiddie Academy, a valued franchise client. Derek stopped by to say hello and speak with our team. “Buxton is an essential component of our franchisee onboarding,” Root said. “We take every new franchisee through the platform during orientation. It’s such an important piece of our business.”
We also spoke to Victoria Magaldi, Director of Franchise Development for Scenthound. “We’re growing really fast,” Magaldi said. “When I first started, we had four locations, now we have 45 and will hit well over 100 by the end of the year.”
“We want to make sure we are growing in a scalable way,” she continued. “We knew Buxton would be a great partner for us to help us do just that.”
In addition to providing insight into store performance and site selection, Buxton is also the largest aggregator of customer data. “Buxton helps us identify where our customers are coming from and who those customers are,” Magaldi said. “We use the platform to ensure we are targeting our customers efficiently and taking into account both competition and cannibalization.”

We provide support throughout the onboarding process and beyond, hosting tutorials and networking events for franchisors and franchisees that sign on with us.
